More than team-building.
Most teams have never been asked how they want to feel at work. Not as an afterthought, not as a wellbeing initiative, but as a genuine design question: what emotional experience do we want to create, and how do we actually build it?
More Joy at Work starts there.
It is a team culture program built on emotional culture research, neuroscience and the kind of honest, well-facilitated conversation that most workplace programs avoid. Not because those conversations are difficult, but because most facilitators are not trained to hold them well.
You will name the feelings that make your team's best work possible. You will look honestly at the gap between those feelings and your daily reality. And you will leave with something practical: a set of shared agreements that are yours, made together, in a room where it felt safe to be real.
More Joy at Work is run by Caroline Macaulay, a Brisbane-based facilitator with decades of experience in health, education and human services sector organisations. It is available as a single workshop, a facilitated series or a longer organisational program. Caroline is a certified Emotional Culture Deck practitioner with Riders and Elephants.

What it involves
More Joy Starts Here
A half-day or full-day workshop that introduces the emotional culture methodology and gives your team a first direct experience of the practice.
Design Your Culture
A structured three-to-five session facilitated series in which your team identifies, names and commits to the emotional culture it wants to create.
The Joy Builder Program
A six-to-twelve-month embedded program that builds emotional culture practice into the everyday life of your organisation.
This is foundational for human performance.
Teams that feel connected to their work and to each other show up differently. They have better ideas, handle difficulty with more grace, and are less likely to leave.
The cost of getting this wrong shows up in disengagement, in attrition, in the slow grind of meetings where nothing real gets said. The benefit of getting it right shows up as faster decisions, better ideas and people who actually want to come to work on Monday.
Culture is not what is written on the wall. It is what is felt in the room.
